- Led redesign of a B2B broker platform serving 30,000+ active agents — cut key transaction time from 30 to 5 minutes
- Built an atomic design system from scratch — reduced design review issues from 40+ to ~5 per new flow, brought consistency across design and code, and accelerated delivery of new flows
- Designed multi-role architecture for systems with up to 5 user roles in one product (managers, agents, buyers, operators, admins)
